How ADHD can affect everyday life
ADHD can affect attention, organisation, impulse control, emotional regulation and activity levels. It can look different for everyone and may impact work, study, relationships, health and everyday life.
How the assessment process works
1. Talk to your GP
Book a pre-assessment appointment with your regular GP to discuss your concerns and complete any initial health checks.
2. Complete an online questionnaire
Your answers will be reviewed by our specialised ADHD doctor.
3. Attend your assessment
You’ll have a secure video appointment of up to 90 minutes with Dr Nichola Johnstone.
4. Attend your follow-up
A follow-up appointment of up to 30 minutes is included to discuss your results, treatment options and next steps.
Pricing
The ADHD Assessment Package costs $1,150.
The assessment package includes:
- An initial consultation of up to 90 minutes
- One follow-up consultation of up to 30 minutes
Your GP pre-assessment is charged at your standard appointment fee. An ECG, if required, is an additional cost.
