During the week 22-26 August 2022 we ran a customer feedback survey across all Primary Health Care Ltd practices, giving patients the option to let us know about their experience that day. We also asked: When you contact us by telephone how easy is it to get through and ask for what you need?
Of 438 respondents, 84 per cent rated themselves as happy, and many shared positive feedback on their experience.

This is a good result, especially given that we know the longer than usual wait time for appointments at some practices is frustrating. Feedback does also tell us it's harder to get through to some practices than others, and we'll consider what can be done to improve this.
We thank our communities for their understanding over the past few months, which have seen our practices managing an unprecedented workload while often short-staffed.
As the number of COVID-19 cases in the community continues to drop we will progressively return to business as usual.
